Troubles in the Asian Games

The Hong Kong bid for the Asian games looks like it would fall before the plan got off the ground after many major legislative council party's stated that they would not support the bid. The plan would be that if Hong Kong were to get the bid for the Asian games, Many of Hong Kong's sports faculties would be upgraded to handle the thousands of spectators, the plan is also said to boost sporting in Hong Kong. However the price for holding the event is costly, HKD$14 billion dollars is the estimate but that figure does not include the billions of dollars to build a a "Sports City" in the old Kai Tak airport. The government says that in the end, this will be a money losing event, so, whats the point? If they say that it would promote sports in the city, their wrong, because who would think of Hong Kong as a sporty city. This event must also be to promote exercise and being sporty in the city along with the campaigns to make us eat healthy as well. A short Government advert on the TV once or twice is okay, But 14 billion dollars to simply try to tell us to keep fit is just to much.

When Tourists need to go in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong, as you may know is a popular tourist destination especially with people from mainland China, who pour over from China to shop in Hong Kong's high end Shopping malls. Mainlanders in Hong Kong are known for the legendary "Squat in public areas like your crapping" move and the "Buy everything in the store randomly so you look cool" move. But recently a new move could soon be added to the list, and its called: "Crapping in Shopping centers in the middle of busy walkways so everyone can see you and your feces   and urine on floor then running away and letting someone else clean up for you" move. This is a true story that Happened in Hong Kong just a few days ago where a Mainland child who's parents were busy shopping in a electronics store, the child decided to go crap on the floor because his parents were to busy to take him to a toilet which was 5 steps away. Although this has happened in the past, the situation is getting worse, perhaps we clear signs saying: DO NOT PISS OR CRAP IN ON THE FLOOR!

If you want to see what happened in a video, here's the video (Cantonese only, the pictures explain it all) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixEMxJnTuHQ
