Horsemaning: The New Planking: Buzz Feed
Horsemaning (which surprisingly doesn't involve horses), is basically "Fake Beheading" in Photographs. It was first introduced in the 1920s and has since been waken from the dead and set to take over Planking.

Car or Baby?

In a Country with a population of over 1 billion people and some of the poorest and densely populated areas on earth, no surprise the Indian government is trying to ease the over population. But how? free birth control, education? No, the Officials there have taken a slightly more unconventional approach:

Nuclear Power is not the Right Way

Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant
From the recent events in Japan, it could be quite obvious to most of us that Nuclear Power is not very reliable. After the massive earthquake that destroyed several parts of Japan and the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant suffered major damage causing some explosions and releasing harmful amounts of nuclear radiation into the atmosphere. This can be one of the major problems with nuclear, when something goes wrong, it can go very wrong. Now if we go back top what's happening in Hong Kong, the Governments plans to have more of the city's power generated by nuclear which by what we have been seeing in the news, doesn't look very good. Now imagine that Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, east of Hong Kong suffers a incident where the Nuclear Power Plant suffers a fault where harmful amounts of radiation are released, similar amount to those in Japan. They say there that people within a 30km radius of the Fukushima I Nuclear power plant should evacuate. If this happened at the Daya Bay plant and a 30km warning zone in put in place, that would mean most of Ma On Shan, Sai Kung, Sha Tau Kok, Plover Cove and Lounggang Shenzhen will be affected. Not only that but in Japan, Tokyo was also effected even though it is more than 200km away. The city centre of Hong Kong is 40-60km away, so if harmful amounts are leaked, it could be catastrophic for the city. Also Hong Kong has a mostly easterly wind, so and radiation leaked from the plant will most likely reach Hong Kong by wind, causing serious trouble. So Nuclear Energy should not be used in Hong Kong and the Daya  Bay Nuclear Power plant should be closed as soon as possible.

Chep Lap Kok Needs to Stay Competitive.

HKIA needs to cooperate in order to stay competitive.
Hong Kong International Airport is one of the key aviation hubs in Asia and because of China's rapid growth, the number of passengers and cargo coming in and out of the airport is increasing. For many years, HKIA has been at the top of the charts, but to keep in line with the growth of the Pearl River Delta, the Airport Authority needs to take action. We should not see the expansion and growth in the Pearl River Delta as competition, we should take this opportunity cooperate with these airports and create a integrated transport network. The Pearl River Delta is a very tight airspace with many international airports in such a small amount of space. We should set up integrated control centers to handle the increasing amounts of traffic. The plan for the express train for transit passengers between Hong Kong and Shenzhen airports should be sped up and be built as soon as possible. Each Airport should constantly continue improving infrastructure. Hong Kong Airport should be the main airport should be the Hub for international arriving passengers, then Shenzhen and Guangzhou should be the hubs for domestic and budget flights around China. The bottom line is, the airports of the Pearl River Delta need to work together.
